In the 1940s, IZHIMAN’S COFFEE took an extraordinary step towards evolution, becoming the first Palestinian company to adopt a coffee distribution system via car. This step was not merely regional expansion but a significant transformation in the world of coffee distribution in Palestine. With its distribution network expanding in cities and governorates, the popularity of IZHIMAN’S COFFEE surged, leading to increased demand for its products and serving as a primary reason for opening more branches in Jerusalem and across the nation.
To ensure continuity of quality and innovation, IZHIMAN’S COFFEE adopted an internal development system following the latest European methods and standards. The company’s team underwent intensive training and development programs to ensure delivering the best coffee experience. Accredited by the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA/SCAE), we obtained several distinguished certificates in coffee roasting, blending, and tasting. Not stopping there, we became the first company to train its staff within the CSC Coffee Science Certificate program, specializing in the study of coffee chemistry. Over the years, our team has acquired several certificates and experiences, enabling us to lead the coffee industry in Jerusalem and Palestine at large.
